" just wanted to thank your operators in Bodrum, Turkey for their help when my 6 year old left his rucksack on the transfer bus on 18th October at about midnight. They were very helpful when I rang to see if they could locate it and they had it dropped back to our hotel. The bag contained items very precious to a little boy, i.e. gameboy, teddy etc and we were delighted that it made its way back to us safely.

"I have made two further bookings this time to Turkey and on both occasions the shuttle coach was bang on time and I was very impressed with the service provided. You are always wondering after a long flight if the shuttle will be there and again waiting at the Hotel on the return journey hoping the shuttle will turn up so that you don`t miss your flight home. "We were really surprised how efficient and smooth our transfer journeys were. The driver was ready and waiting for us at the airport. Although if he had wrote our names on the placard it would have been even easier to spot. It was a really hot day and once we were on our way, the driver stopped and bought us all a bottle of water each. Really nice touch ! On our return journey he was promptly outside our hotel, bang on time. Excellent service. Much appreciated. Thankyou.
